Substance Detection-Explosives/Narcotics

Braveheart Bio-Dog Academy is proud to announce that we have been awarded approval and accreditation for SAQA unit standard 120461 “Handle a trained sniffer dog to assist in the detection of substances” by SASSETA.

Braveheart researched and developed our own unique learner material for this unit standard. Also included in this learner material are the identification modules on explosives and narcotics.

Braveheart Bio-Dog Academy is currently the only dog training academy accredited to present the full course for learners to achieve the qualification as substance detection dog handlers as required by SASSETA and PSIRA.
